1. Scope of Services
Redsea offers a range of services including Transportation, Manpower Supply, Fabrication, Mechanical/Electrical services, Instrumentation, Equipment Rental, Civil Works, Safety Training, Site Facilities (including custom-made Sea Containers and Portacabin types), and IT Support. We are also renowned for our expertise in manufacturing prefabricated portable buildings and sea container fit-outs as office and toilet facilities for the construction industry.
2. Service Provision
2.1 Redsea agrees to provide the aforementioned services in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions outlined in individual service contracts or agreements.
2.2 Clients are responsible for providing accurate project specifications and requirements to enable Redsea to deliver services effectively.
2.3 Any changes or amendments to services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment terms will be detailed in the individual service contracts or agreements.

6. Confidentiality
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of service provision.
6.2 Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of any service agreement.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party, subject to a cure period if specified.
7.2 Termination shall not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
